These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the We Got You Warranties ("WGY", "we", "us", or "our") corporate website and any enquiry, quote, or contact services made available through it.

By accessing this website, submitting information through our forms, or purchasing a warranty online, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We Got You Warranties provides extended warranty protection for private vehicles, fleet cars, rental bikes, and delivery bikes in the UAE, with a focus on entry-level cars and motorcycles.

Information on this website is provided for general business and marketing purposes. Specific warranty coverage, pricing, eligibility, and contractual terms are confirmed separately in written agreements, policy schedules, or certificates issued for approved customers and partners.

Extended warranty plans sold by WGY to customers in the United Arab Emirates are underwritten by Extended Warranty Bahrain W.L.L. (EWB), incorporated in the Kingdom of Bahrain. WGY acts as the customer-facing sales and support partner in the UAE.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with website security, scrape content at scale, introduce malicious code, or use the website in any way that could damage our reputation or operations.

When you request a quote or contact us through the website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle requirements.

A website enquiry or quote request does not create a binding contract. Any proposal, plan recommendation, pricing indication, or follow-up communication is subject to verification, underwriting, eligibility review, and formal acceptance by WGY or an authorised representative.

We may contact you by email, phone, or other channels using the details you provide in connection with your enquiry.

You may purchase eligible extended warranty plans directly through this website. Prices shown during checkout are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT where stated.

When you complete the buy form and continue to payment, you will be redirected to a secure hosted payment page operated by Network International (N-Genius Online). Card and wallet payment details are entered on that page. We do not store full payment card numbers on this website.

A binding warranty purchase is formed only when payment is successfully completed and your extended warranty registration is confirmed, including issuance of your policy documentation where applicable.

If you cancel checkout, close the payment page, or do not complete payment within the time limit provided, no charge will be made and no active warranty will be issued.

If payment fails or is declined, no active warranty will be issued until successful payment is completed.

Once payment is successful and your extended warranty is activated, the purchase is final. Warranty plans are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable to another vehicle except where mandatory UAE law requires otherwise.

Any approved refund exception will be returned to the original payment card used for the transaction, subject to payment network rules.

Your use of the Network International payment page is also subject to Network International's terms and privacy notice.

WGY solutions may include extended warranty, maintenance, claims support, and related vehicle protection services. Actual coverage depends on the plan selected, vehicle category, usage profile, jurisdiction, and applicable policy documents.

Eligibility criteria, exclusions, claim procedures, service locations, and plan limits are defined in the relevant warranty or maintenance agreement and supporting documentation. Website content is summary information only and does not replace those documents.

Valid claims under an active warranty are administered and settled by Extended Warranty Bahrain W.L.L. (EWB), the underwriting partner for WGY plans sold in the UAE, subject to the terms of your warranty booklet and policy schedule.

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, layouts, and downloadable materials, is owned by or licensed to WGY and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
