Scheduled One-Time Part Replacements
Each listed part may be replaced once during the period of cover.
- Tire Front1 time
- Tire Rear1 time
- Chain1 time
- Brake Pads – Front1 time
- Brake Pads – Rear1 time
- Bearings – Front1 time
- Bearings – Rear1 time
- All those parts which are not mentioned in the parts covered list are not covered.
- Scheduled part replacements are limited to one replacement per listed part during the period of cover.
Important Limits
Key Exclusions
These Situations and Parts are not Covered under the Plan.
- Normal maintenance service required, including without limitation oil and fluid changes, headlight alignment, fastener re-tightening, wheel balancing, wheel alignment, carburetor adjustments, ignition timing, valve clearance, or such other adjustments
- Parts subjected to misuse, accident, floods, or negligent treatment, or used with parts/equipment not manufactured or recommended by the manufacturer where such use prematurely affects performance and reliability
- All parts which are not mentioned in the parts covered list
- Parts altered, modified, or replaced in an unauthorised manner, affecting performance and reliability
- Motorcycle not serviced by an authorised service outlet as per the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule, or not operated/maintained as per the owner's manual / manufacturer's recommendation
- Motorcycles used for competition or race, and/or for attempting to set any kind of record
- Insignificant defects that do not affect motorcycle functions, including without limitation sound, vibration, and fluid seepage
- Any motorcycle on which parts or accessories not approved by the manufacturer have been used
- Towing charges to the workshop (borne by the customer)
- Wear and tear components such as springs, bearings, gasket, rubber parts, cables, switches, bulbs, electricals, glass, etc. (except the scheduled one-time replacements listed above)
Your Maintenance Responsibilities
Keep Your Warranty Valid with Regular Authorised Service.
Keep service at an authorised service outlet as per the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule
Operate and maintain the motorcycle in accordance with the owner's manual / manufacturer's recommendation
Keep documents and invoices as evidence of regular authorised service
Failure to Maintain Scheduled Service may Invalidate Eligibility and Risk Claim Denial. Keep Periodical Maintenance at the Authorised Agent as Stated in the Manufacturer'S Instructions.
Claims Process
How to Claim
Follow these Steps if Your Vehicle Needs a Covered Repair.

Step 1
Submit claim declaration
At the time of raising a claim, the claim declaration form shall be filled out, signed, and submitted to the claims department.

Step 2
Provide supporting documents
Provide the invoice copy (or soft copy), relevant motorcycle details such as frame number, and the completed claims form.

Step 3
Repair estimate approval
Approval is provided within 24 hours of receiving the repair estimate. Prior permission is required before repairs.

Step 4
Authorised repair and settlement
Repair is carried out at the authorised service centre. Payment for covered repairs is settled between the underwriter and the service centre.
Repairs Performed Outside an Authorised Dealer may Require You to Pay Costs Upfront. Disassembly for Diagnosis may be Charged if the Fault is not Covered.
