• Malfunctions resulting from manufacturing damage, design defects, or recall campaigns
• Failure to service the car as per the manufacturer's service schedule, or negligence of maintenance
• Normal service and maintenance
• Defects resulting from manipulation, disconnection, or change of the mileage gauge (this voids the warranty)
• Malfunction in covered parts resulting from failures of uncovered parts
• Malfunction or damage to covered parts from replacement or variation of manufacturing specifications
• Repairs, malfunctions, failures, or liability covered by any other valid insurance or warranty
• Defaults resulting from war, flood, invasion, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, or usurped power
• Malfunction from nuclear causes, corrosion, exterior breaks from stones or gravel, paint damage, insects, asphalt, acid rain, sun exposure, body cracks, tempests, industrial waste, or contamination
• Greasing, filters, defrosting, cooling, or malfunction resulting from overheat, frost, or corrosion
• Any malfunction resulting from engine overheat
• Malfunction from excessive usage, inadequate maintenance, negligent treatment, accident, or misuse
• Devices or accessories installed by anyone other than the authorised agent, and any related malfunction
• Repairs or replacement conducted without previous permission
• Cost of disassembling for diagnosis when the damage is not covered under this extended warranty for any reason
• Force majeure events under UAE law, including earth movement (earthquake, subsidence, sinkhole collapse, landslide, mudslide, earth sinking, or tsunami); nuclear hazard, reaction, radiation, or radioactive contamination; war (including undeclared or civil war), military force, insurrection, rebellion, usurped power, or action taken by government authority; and custody or safekeeping expenses before delivery to the authorised repair facility
• Accidental or flood damage to aesthetic or structural parts, such as the casing, frame, or any decoration
• Aesthetic defects, corrosion, and rust, whether from normal wear and tear or accelerated by environmental circumstances
• Accidental or flood damage to accessories or complements, such as battery, transformers, external cables, buttons, handles, antennae, recipients, connectors, plugs, etc.

• Any type of self-repair

   Visit an authorised service centre

   Take your vehicle to an authorised dealer service centre. Provide your warranty booklet and service logs.

   Diagnosis and estimate

   Ask the agent to diagnose the issue and provide a repair cost estimate. You may inspect the vehicle before repair begins.

   Authorisation

   The repair centre obtains prior approval from WGY before commencing covered repairs.

   Repair and reimbursement

   Covered repair costs are reimbursed directly to the authorised repair centre upon completion.

Repairs Performed Outside an Authorised Dealer may Require You to Pay Costs Upfront. Disassembly for Diagnosis may be Charged if the Fault is not Covered.
